The Kratos guild network in one window, for World of Warcraft: Forever.

A WoW guild caps at 1,000 characters, so Kratos is a network of Horde guilds (Kratos I, Kratos II, Kratos III, ...) run as a republic. KratosGuild links them: one census, one War Council, one set of votes, and each guild's own raid loot.

The name comes from Greek myth. Kratos is strength itself, son of the Titan Pallas and the river Styx, who is always at Zeus's side. The network's motto is "No thrones, just strength."

Features

• Network census: every Kratos guild heard on the network, with its General (guild leader), members, members online and when it was last seen. Your own guild comes straight from your roster.
• War Council roster and chat: Generals are confirmed by a majority of the confirmed Generals, and the Generals tab shows everyone's status and approvals. Three chat lanes: the War Council (/kg), the Council for officers and Generals (/kc), and the whole network (/k).
• Code voting with a weekly window: Generals and Commanders vote with a personal 4-character code. A draft is proposed once 3 Generals or 6 Commanders sponsor it. Regular votes run Sunday 12:01 AM to Friday 7:59 PM Arizona time (MST, UTC-7), are counted at the close and announced at the Friday 8 PM War Council. The Votes tab counts down to the next opening or closing. Emergency votes run 48 hours at any time and need two-thirds.
• EPGP raid loot, per guild: standings are kept in officer notes (EP,GP). Officers announce an item, raiders bid Main Spec, Off Spec or Pass, the highest PR wins (Main Spec first), and the GP is charged automatically. You also get weekly decay, manual adjustments with a reason, a full ledger and audit log, and a CSV export to paste into Discord. Loot data stays inside the guild and never goes on the network.
• Raid checks: Raid Check and On-time Check snapshot the raid roster with a timestamp. Boss pulls and kills are snapshotted too, and officers turn the snapshots into on-time, boss-kill and full-attendance EP.
• Damage and healing meter: a read-only tally of damage and effective healing per raid member per encounter, used to see who was active for boss EP.
• Notices: announcements from confirmed Generals to every guild on the network.
• Minimap button: a gold Kratos fist. Left-click opens the window, drag moves it, right-click locks it. No libraries needed.
• Commands tab: a labeled button for every /kratos command. Buttons your rank can't use stay visible and their tooltip says why.
• Demo mode: /kratos demo fills every tab with made-up data for screenshots. Nothing is saved or sent, and /kratos demo off or /reload ends it.

The network channel is hidden, password-protected and named from a shared network key. Every message on it is signed (HMAC-SHA256), and anything unsigned is dropped. Only guilds named "Kratos" plus a Roman numeral use the network.

Install

Unzip so the KratosGuild folder sits in World of Warcraft/_<client>_/Interface/AddOns/ (on the Forever beta: _classic_beta_). The Forever client reads KratosGuild_Camelot.toc. Type /kratos (or /kra) in game, or click the minimap button.

What it does not do

No automation of any kind. KratosGuild never moves, targets, casts, buys, invites or acts for you, and it calls no protected functions. Every action is a button or command you press yourself. It only sends small addon messages (throttled to one every 1.2 seconds), joins one hidden, password-protected custom channel and shows what it hears. It does not connect to the internet or to any website.

Status

Pre-release. Built for the Forever client (Interface 16001). It hasn't been tested in a live raid yet, so please report problems in the comments.
