This version implements a major feature, making it smarter. One ofe changes is that it no longer retrieves skills from ActionLists; instead, it automatically scans the spellbook, follows Hekili to display skills, and now correctly displays frames for al classes!

- Primary Binding Key: R, Secondary Binding Key: NUMPADPLUS (Numpad  )

- Added the ScanSpellBook() function to automatically traverse the spellbook and retctive skills

- Filters out passive skills, retains only the highest rank skills. Automatically adds Engineering Gloves and Auto Attack.

- Added the UpdateDisplayBySpellID() function to displayll icons and cooldowns directly based on the spellID returned by Hekili, rather than looking up indices in ActionLists

- Modified the CalculateNextSpell function - removed the calto currentAPL.callback, instead directly retrieving Hekili's actionID and using UpdateDisplayBySpellID to display it

- Created an APL module registration system (terAPL, LoadCurrentClassAPL), registering all 30 talent APL modules for the 10 classes

- Currently supports direct use of dual keys, with customiza
