Main Improvements

1. Added "Show Spell Target"
- Displays the target player's name to the right of the timer bar (e.g., targets of Infusion, Activation), connected by an arrow, with the target colored by class
- Added "Show Spell Target" toggle (Display Options page), enabled by default
- Tooltip optimized to only show: Caster → Target, no longer the spell name and countdown
2. Unified Version Management
- Version number is now centrally defined in Data.lua(E.version), with other modules automatically syncing via reference
 Added version number display to the settings panel header
- Fixed the version number nil error caused by Data.lua loading order
3. Default Settings Optimization
- Timer bar length 70→200, height 15→20, spacing 5→6
- Default: do not show spell name (show_spell_name =)
- Default: show border (show_border = true)
