KometTool

KometTool is a lightweight WoW Retail addon that makes Blizzard's default UI easier to read and use.

Character Frame

• Shows each equipped item's slot and item level directly on the Character frame.

Inspect Frame

• Shows equipment slot names and item levels when inspecting other players.
• Shows the inspected player's average item level.

Bags

• Replaces the default bag with one clean, categorized view.
• Groups items by type to make them easier to find.
• Shows slot and item level information on equipment.
• Supports sorting and visual order management within the same category.
• Scroll through large bags while the title, sort button, and currency display stay in place.

Action Bar

• Makes keybind text easier to read with compact labels and clearer styling.
• Keeps keybinds white by default and turns them red when the target is out of range.
• Improves the look of spell charges and item stack counts.

Chat

• Adds equipment slot and item level details to item links in chat.
• Adds quick buttons for Say, Yell, Party, Instance, Raid, Guild, and active chat channels.
• Type /rl to reload your UI quickly.

Other Blizzard UI

• Shows equipment slot and item level details in loot windows, merchant and buyback pages, item-receipt alerts, and loot history.

Compatibility

KometTool is made for WoW Retail and Blizzard's default UI.

It improves the Blizzard UI components listed above without replacing third-party action bars, bags, or inspect panels.
