The aim of the addon is provide a streamlined approach to running a council. The primary utility that will be provided by KLootCouncil will be the collection of your raiders intention for any given item you wish wish to run the addon for; the exact wording of intentions (i.e. "BiS" or "Main Spec") is something that the Master Looter will have control over. People will either be able to respond to intention requests through the use of the addon or through whispers. Other information will be provided by the addon will include, but is not limited to: the iLvl upgrade of the slot the new item will be; the average iLvl upgrade when somebody equips the new item; what iLvl the player currently has and what the item is the currently is using.
The reason for creating this addon is because out of the addons that exist already for this purpose, none provided the functionality that my guild's Loot Council would have liked; namely, being able to use the addon on the move.
