• Fixed a syntax error in the bundled LibQTip that was shipping in every packaged build and breaking the minimap tooltip -- and with it the minimap icon -- for every K addon
• Hardened startup so one addon failing to register no longer takes out the minimap icon and load callbacks for every addon that loads after it
• A missing minimap library now degrades to a warning instead of taking out the icon and the load callback with it
• The login message is now a single summary line ("KLib N addons registered") ending in a clickable [details] link, instead of asking you to type a command
• Addons can now live-update their minimap tooltip while it is open, and set the text shown on LibDataBroker display bars
• Added a /<addonname> chat command that opens that addon's settings, the same as right-clicking its minimap icon
