Quest counters on nameplates reworked:
- Item objectives are now read from the tooltip (e.g. "Boar Ribs: 4/6")
- With several quests, the first open objective is shown
- English objective texts (slain, killed, collected, found, used ...) are recognized
- Units related to an active quest without a readable counter show the quest icon only
- Classic Era supported
- /kp debug shows quest relation of the target
