King of the Hill is the name of Hydra's (usually weekend) tournament where viewers sign up to compete for the most arena wins.
This addon lets you sign up to the ongoing tournament and comes with the leaderboard and queue system and the viewer cooldowns you can use during your turn in the King of the Hill tournament.
