Release version 1.4.6, Includes toggleable options to show on tooltip and in character sheet. Configurable time between sending messages. Default to not show on tooltips or in character sheet. New messaging system which only broadcasts that you have the addon. Messages with artifact information are sent via whisper / direct message to cut down on message spam.

    - Fix other issues caused by the player offline fix
    - fix issue with player not online spam
    - Change to a whisper model with a message queue to avoid message spam. Do not pay attention to messages from oneself. Add options for frequency of message sending, display on tooltip, display on character sheet
