KINDRED – Buff Reactions

-Fixed false thank-you reactions caused by existing buffs being restored after login or `/reload`.
- Added a silent 5-second aura synchronization period after world entry. Buffs observed during this period establish the baseline; receive a new buff afterwards to test reactions.
- Cancel pending automatic reactions, manual prompts and caster-lookup retries when leaving or re-entering the world.
- Treat full aura updates as state synchronization. Ignore late-discovered timed buffs when readable duration/expiration data shows they predate the current world entry.
- Added login/synchronization state and excluded-aura counts to Diagnostics. Party/raid opt-in preferences and personalized text plus native emotes are preserved.
