Added

  • Party Member Synchronization: If multiple party or raid members with the addon damage the same target before it dies, the addon now intelligently synchronizes via hidden addon channels (C_ChatInfo.SendAddonMessage). It rolls a random micro-delay for each participant, ensuring that only the "winner" announces the kill to prevent chat spam when playing in groups.
  • Solo vs Party Announcements: Kills are now cleanly segregated. If you kill an enemy by yourself, the addon selects from your "Solo" list of announcements. If you are assisted by a party member, it selects from your "Party" list of announcements.
  • Dynamic Killers Tag: Added a new {killers} tag (intended for Party announcements). The addon now tracks which of your party members also damaged the target within the last 15 seconds. If multiple members participated in the kill, the tag will dynamically list them (e.g., "Me and Bob" or "Me, Alice, and Bob"). If you got the kill solo, it defaults to "I".
  • Dynamic "All" Tag: Added a new {all} tag that conveniently combines the victim's Level, Race, Class, and Name into a single, clean formatted string (e.g., "Level 70 Orc Warrior [Thrall]").
  • Default Messages Update: Updated the default announcement templates to make use of both the new {all} and {killers} tags for a more dynamic and grammatical reporting experience.

Changed

  • Blizzard Native UI: Completely overhauled the configuration menu! The custom floating /kb window has been rebuilt from scratch as a modern, standalone square dialog box with a classic Warcraft title banner. It features a tabbed layout (General, Solo Kills, Party Kills) and an integrated pop-out side-panel for tag explanations and live formatting examples!
  • Instant Access Command: The /kb chat command now instantly toggles your new configuration window on and off.
  • Auto-Saving Settings: Checkboxes, dropdowns, and message text boxes now save instantly and automatically whenever you type or click. There is no longer a need for a dedicated "Save" button!
  • Test Buttons: The single "Test Announce" button has been split into two buttons. You can find "Test Solo" attached to the Solo Kills tab, and "Test Party" attached to the Party Kills tab.
