Khep Checklist

1. Summary

Khep Checklist lets you build named lists of items and quantities, then tracks your progress against them live. It's most obviously suited to raid consumable prep — flasks, potions, food,  the classic pre-pull checklist — but it isn't limited to consumables at all. A list is just items and quantities, so it works equally well for:

• Consumables — a "Naxxramas" or "AQ40" prep list
• Profession materials — reagents you're stockpiling for a crafting order
• Gear or gathering targets — a shopping list of items you're farming or buying
• Twink or alt gear — items you're collecting across characters
• Anything else with an item ID, really

Lists are organized by class and character, and the addon tracks items across your bags, bank, mailbox, and alts (once you've logged into them at least once), so you always know not just whether you have something, but where it is if you don't.

The main window opens with /kc. Companion windows for the bank, mailbox, and auction house open automatically when you open those in-game.

2. List Creation & Management

Creating a list: In the main window, click New List. Give it a name, pick a class, then add items one at a time:

• Type an item's name (works if the item is already in your local item cache — e.g. you've seen it recently)
• Type an item's numeric ID (works even for items you don't currently have — the name/icon fill in automatically a moment later)
• Shift-click (or Ctrl+click) an item from your bags/bank directly into the entry box

Set a quantity for each item, then click Add. Items appear in a reorderable list — use the ^ / v buttons next to each row to move it up or down, or the x to remove it. Click Done to save.

Editing: Select a list from the main dropdown and click Edit to reopen it in the same builder — rename it, add/remove items, adjust quantities, or reorder. Delete List is available from the edit view (with a confirmation).

Duplicating: Click Duplicate to clone the currently selected list (handy when a new list is very similar to an existing one). It opens immediately in edit mode with the name field selected, ready to rename.

Import/Export: Click Import / Export to share a list (or your entire collection of lists) as a compact text string — short enough to paste into a Discord message. Importing always creates new list(s) locally rather than overwriting anything.

The main window itself shows every item in the selected list with a live have/need count (red/amber/green), plus an "Elsewhere" panel that shows where any missing items currently are — your bank, your mail, or another character's bags/bank/mail (based on the last time that character was logged in). The window is resizable and scrollable, and remembers its size and position.

Your most recently selected list is remembered across sessions, but only offered automatically when you're on a character of the matching class — switching to a different class starts with no selection rather than handing you gear-mismatched suggestions.

3. Bank

Opens automatically alongside your bank window. It has its own list dropdown (independent of the main window, so you can work a different list at the bank than what's open elsewhere), and an Action button with four options:

• Fill From Bank — pulls whatever's needed for the list from your bank into your bags
• Deposit List — deposits every bag item that is on the list into the bank
• Deposit All Else — deposits every bag item that is not on the list
• Deposit All — deposits everything in your bags

All bank moves are stack-aware — items merge into existing partial stacks in the destination rather than fragmenting across new slots. Progress shows live, and a summary prints to chat when done.

4. Mailbox

Opens automatically alongside your mailbox, with its own independent list dropdown.

• Collect List Items — pulls matching attachments from your inbox to complete the list. It never grabs more than one stack past the target — e.g. needing 5 potions with five 2-stacks available takes three of them (6 total, one over) and stops, rather than continuing to grab more.
• Send List — mails an entire list's items to another character in one go. Enter a recipient name and click Send List; you'll get an editable confirmation window first, where you can adjust quantities or exclude individual items before anything is sent. It sends up to each item's list quantity, capped by what's actually in your bags, and automatically splits across multiple mails if more than 12 attachments are needed.

5. Auction House

Opens automatically alongside the auction house, with its own independent list dropdown, showing only items that aren't yet complete.

• Click any item to search for it — works with the default AH search or with Auctionator, whichever is driving your AH.
• Send All to Auctionator (only shown if Auctionator is installed) pushes every needed item and its exact shortfall quantity into a real Auctionator shopping list in one click, so you can search everything at once with Auctionator's own Search All button instead of clicking through items one at a time. That shopping list is automatically deleted when you close the auction house, so it doesn't pile up over time.
