KgPanels Remastered

# kgPanels Remastered 1.5

## English

Formerly **KgPanels TBC Edition**, now prepared as a shared package for **Retail, Classic Era and Burning Crusade Anniversary**.

- Unified the client-specific builds around the 1.4.7 codebase, retaining the relevant local compatibility fixes.
- Added matching client manifests for Retail, Classic Era and Burning Crusade Anniversary.
- Updated panel colour textures, gradients and advanced backdrop handling to use current texture APIs.
- Corrected the guide-frame highlight texture and kept its temporary resize texture local.
- Updated configuration checkboxes to use the texture desaturation method.
- Retained configuration loading through both modern and legacy AddOn APIs.
- Prevented the Retail specialization-profile library from initializing on Classic clients.
- Kept the existing addon folder names and `kgPanelsDB` settings storage.

**Validation:** Tested in-game in Retail, Classic Era and Burning Crusade Anniversary. Local Lua syntax, package-reference and selected API-model checks also passed. WoW Forever is not included in this version's supported targets.
