Fixed

• Party announcements (new key, dungeon completion, !keys) now reach instance chat when you are in a Dungeon Finder group instead of failing silently.
• "Announce new key" now fires when you had no keystone and receive one (for example from the Great Vault), not only when an existing key changes.
• Keys obtained from the vault or a vendor are noticed, not only keys that upgrade or deplete.
• Escape closes the options window and the setup wizard.

• Weekly affixes are requested on login and refreshed when they update, so affix icons show up reliably outside a run.
