- Don't clear the keystone list on update, just selectively remove keystones that weren't updated in the last refresh. Fixes the problem where sometimes the keystone list is missing people for a short while
- Only send one response when the same user requests your keystone multiple times in a short period (this happens if you're friends and in the same party and guild)
- Fix an interaction with some other addons that was causing unnecessary keystone requests
