• fix: v3.1.2 — ElvUI scale compatibility, smoother UI scale slider
  Compensate for parent frame scale changes (e.g. ElvUI) by dividing
  desired scale by UIParent's scale. Scale slider now applies on mouse
  release instead of live during drag, with finer 0.01 step and decimal
  display. Added SetFormat/SetOnRelease to slider widget.
