• feat(raid): add per-character raid talent loadout reminder
  Introduce a new raid reminder module that checks the current talent loadout name on ready check and warns when it does not match any saved raid loadouts.
  Move raid reminder settings and saved loadout names to per-character storage.
  Add UI controls for adding the current loadout, adding/removing names manually, listing saved loadouts, clearing all saved loadouts, and running a test check.
  Update the addon load order to include the new raid reminder module.
