Fixes a Lua error when opening Settings. If you were getting one, this is the release you want.

Settings and the copy-summary popup threw a Lua error and failed to open. Both use an EditBox, and both were passing nil as the flags argument to SetFont. That argument stopped being optional in 10.0.0 — FontString still tolerates nil, but EditBox does not, which is why the rest of the report was unaffected. Every SetFont call now passes "" rather than relying on which kind of object it happens to land on. Found and diagnosed by a player who tracked it to the exact two lines and sent the fix. Thank you. Hardened the tips engine against incomplete saved runs. A run missing its rows or misses table — a very old entry, or one truncated by a client crash during logout — would throw when the report tried to rank it. It now renders as a thin report instead.
