Complete rewrite (formerly KeyAnnouncer). The addon used to just print the
dungeon you joined - it now announces it AND pilots you to the entrance.

What's new

- Announces only when it matters - fires after your group application is
  actually accepted, not on every invite popup.
- Self-updating dungeon & raid lists - current Mythic+ pool from the
  Challenge Mode API, raids from the Encounter Journal. New seasons need
  no addon update.
- Step-by-step route guidance with a TomTom arrow (Blizzard waypoint
  fallback):
  - Knows the Silvermoon portal rooms (Timeways, Astalor's Sanctum) and
    guides you inside to the exact portal.
  - Handles arrival caves like "The Den".
  - Uses your hearthstone bind, mage teleports/portals, and flight paths.
  - Auto-advances on zoning, stops on instance entry.
- Teleport-spell awareness - "Path of ..." ready (skips routing), on
  cooldown (routes anyway), or locked (+10 hint).
- Minimap button - left-click settings, right-click dismiss/stop route.
- Settings panel - toggles, test buttons, season dungeon list.
- Banner fades 3s after entering the dungeon.
- Guild version check (addon channel only, no chat spam).
- Fully localized - all 10 client languages, names from Blizzard data.
- Settings migrate from KeyAnnouncerDB.
