### Added

- Added two new priority conditions to the "best progression key" recommendation algorithm:

- **Low Key Detection**: If any group member has a keystone 3+ levels lower than other keys in the party, that key is recommended first to help catch up the group.

- **Lowest Score Member Focus**: The addon now identifies the member with the lowest total rating and recommends keystones that provide the most progression for them (prioritizing missing dungeons).

### Changed

- The best progression key recommendation now uses a three-tier prioritized approach:

1. Low key detection (new)

2. Progression for the lowest-scoring member (new)

3. Original group progression heuristic (fallback)
