Kenzi's Threat Meter

Features

• The meter now shows "Aggro!" whenever a mob is actually targeting you — whether freshly pulled or taken from someone else — instead of a percentage, since the percentage doesn't mean anything useful once you actually have aggro.
• Sound alerts now trigger when you gain aggro, rather than only at a 100% threat reading.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the threat meter briefly showing 100% threat with no actual threat generated (e.g., right when you engage a target).
