KBOCD Resource Bars

This is a supplemental update to 1.1.1 which addresses a few bugs which could occur when resetting settings.

• Fixed an issue which would cause the horizontal and vertical positions to reset to incorect values. This impacted all three bar types.
• Fixed an issue which would cause the setting for 'height' for the Primary Resource Bar and Additional Resource Bar to reset to an incorrect value.

Previous 1.1 notes:

• Completeley revamped settings panes to provide for a much nicer and easier to understand configuration experience.
• Fixed an issue where the option to display bars above the options pane was not properly applying to the 'additional' bar frame.
• Fixed an issue where target health percentage would be misaligned when targeting specific mobs whose health bar height is shorter than standard mobs.
• Removed 'loaded' chatbox output.
