Fixed: Debuff dispel-type coloring was silently doing nothing and showing plain red for every debuff regardless of type. Cause: it read colors from Blizzard's own DebuffTypeColor global, which a recent TBC Anniversary client patch removed entirely (confirmed independently — another addon hit the same wall on the same client). The setting and its logic were correct the whole time; what they depended on just stopped existing. Now uses our own copy of the standard values instead, so this can't break the same way again from a future patch.

Poison now shows green, Magic blue, Curse purple, Disease brown/orange. Non-dispellable debuffs stay plain red.
