    +Optimizations to reduce the amount of checks and calculations done
        -check likely sources first and cut off rest of the code if checks pass early
        -introduce a short 1 second delay to wait for any large burst of quest log updates to finish before running through all the checks
        -cache the current map unless a map change has happened - reducing having to constantly look up this value
        -if the event was a new quest being accepted we now track it without checking anything - it will untrack at next event if it doesn't meet criteria

    +Added check for SuperTrack changing to resolve issue/bug where untracking would leave the quest tracked
