Simply put, it repairs your armor when you are at a vendor that does this -- AND you can tell it to use or not use Guild Funds (if that is available to you).
This is version 1 of a simple addon that will auto repair your armor AND it will use guild funds IF that is available to you. There is also a way to turn it on and off for guild funds.
