• Fixed mismatch between slider values and DB values, ensuring settings match the UI.

• Corrected checkbox behavior for sayings and emotes to sync with database.

• Button scale now clamps correctly between 25%–300%.

• Added descriptive tooltips and instructions for settings panel.

• Ensured session-only help message displays once per login for guidance on commands.
