Lots of minor layout adjustments to facilitate setup.
Windows have been moved to the top left corner of the gameview
Users can now use the lowest UI scale to get more out of their interface without breaking the minimap and the gameview render size
Right rail has been resized to fit blizzards objective tracker and to align with top and bottom rail seperators.
The entire UI frame has been given a polish to better match the WoW:Forever theme, with bronze borders and brown/black gradient backgrounds.
