Wanted a way to update specific game settings automatically and instantly, across all my characters

Started writing this during BFA to experiment with hidden weather and lighting settings

The goal of this project was to standardize setting updates so to remove guess work or research involved in changing the many settings available in game. I have not added every possible setting but many that I felt were interesting or important
