Graphics Optimizer Localization

• Added full localization support to the Graphics Optimizer.
• All Graphics Optimizer labels, categories, buttons, setting names, preset descriptions and tooltips now follow the language selected in JustFilters.
• Added localized values such as Enabled, Disabled, Low, High, Good, Fair and Essential.
• Language changes now update the Graphics Optimizer without requiring /reload.

Window Position Persistence

• Added persistent positioning for movable JustFilters windows and popups.
• Window positions are now stored and restored after /reload and relog.
• Position data is stored separately from character profiles and functional settings.

Invite Reminder Position

• Reworked Invite Reminder position handling.
• Moving the Invite Reminder now permanently stores its exact anchor and screen offsets.
• The saved position is restored after /reload and relog.
• The Test Popup function and real group invitations now use the same saved popup position.
• The default position is only used when the popup has never been moved by the user.
• Removed conflicting automatic positioning behavior that could reset the Invite Reminder to its default location.

Stability

• Improved popup initialization and restoration order to ensure saved window positions are available when the interface loads.
• Reduced interaction between the general window-position system and the Invite Reminder by giving the reminder its own direct position persistence.
