• My List Leads (experimental), on the Custom Priority tab: your list takes the first slot too, so the queue leads with the first ability from your list that passes every gate instead of Blizzard's pick. Full control, with the trade-offs stated up front: Blizzard's assist reads combat state the game hides from addons, so its pick can be smarter than any fixed order, and this mode never suggests waiting. Blizzard's recommendation is still consulted quietly for ordering context and the burst cue, and gap closers still take the first slot when the target is out of reach

• A visible queue no longer waits for a game event to refresh out of combat. An ability coming off cooldown, a charge finishing recovery, or resources regenerating past a hold all happen without the game announcing anything, so their icons could sit stale in the old order until something unrelated woke the queue. On screen, the queue now also refreshes on a steady half-second cadence with nothing targeted, and the with-a-target pulse from the previous fix is now ten times a second
