• Burst injection ignoring cooldowns — Injection spells (e.g., Lunar Beam, Convoke) could be suggested while on cooldown. Lazy-resolve path now seeds pre-existing cooldowns; removed false-positive usability cross-check that immediately cleared local CD timers for unflagged spells.
• Glow animations at combat exit — Blue crawl could disappear and proc glow could freeze in the offensive queue, while defensive glows kept animating. Fixed pause/resume to cover both icon pools, use correct animation freeze, and guard the OOC pause timer against stale firing during combat re-entry.
