• Custom Queue — Define a custom spell/item ordering for positions 2+ (Offensive > Custom Queue). Auto-seeds from Blizzard's rotation on first enable. Unavailable or on-cooldown entries collapse automatically. Per-spec, stored in profile.
• Custom Queue Item Support — Trinkets and on-use items can be added to the Custom Queue alongside spells.
• Stale Queue Detection — Warning banner when Blizzard's rotation changes (talent swap, patch). "Merge Changes" preserves custom ordering while syncing additions/removals; "Refresh from Rotation" fully resets.

• Burst Injection Pending Detection — Trigger detection now scans all visible queue positions, not just position 1. Triggers at any position show burst glow. Active phase (aura-based injection) is unchanged.
