- Fixed another protected chat posting fault found in BugGrabber:
  - Chat posting now prefers `securecallfunction(SendChatMessage, ...)` and only falls back to `C_ChatInfo.SendChatMessage` when needed.
  - Chat safety gating now accepts either secure global or secure C API send paths before attempting any send.
