- Moved target health percentage over to not overlap combo points and stuff.

- Made a change to location of the health percent to no overlap combopoints, etc.
- Modified the way I handle the artwork removal, this new way alleviates all taint.
- Made changes to re-use frames from a cache and not create extra garbage.
- Multiple other optimizations.
