JSIE - JS' Interface Enhancements

1.7:
- Bug fix, target percent was throwing an error. Added a failsafe check.

1.6:
- Tweaked the target health percent to not overlap the raid icon if the target has one. Also made the font backdrop wider so it's easier to read.

1.5:
- Add target health percentage to Target frame (Blizzard UI only). This should be positioned properly on all scales, but if it's not let me know. It should be on the top of the portrait if proper.

- Fix for disappearing micro bar when using the Blizzard UI clean up.
- Mount fix for certain mounts not showing in lists.

- Fix for error when viewing quest rewards.
- Fix for double spell ID in some tips (Talents).
- Cosmetic update to map coords, it should look better.
- Fix for some missing mounts.
- NEW: UI clean up for action bars.
- NEW: Alignment Grid for you OCD people who want frames to be equal.

- Fix for junk sales showing destruction message when it should not (for greys).
