Pet nameplates
- Pets now show what they actually are: a type icon above the plate for Felhunter, Succubus, Voidwalker, Imp, Felguard, Water Elemental, Shadowfiend, Treants, elementals, and the hunter pet's own family art. Pets are identified by creature ID, so it stays correct on any client language.
- Pet plates are clean by default - just the icon above a compact bar, no name text. "Show pet name" is there if you want it back.
- New controls on the Nameplates page: pet type icon on/off, icon size (10-56px), pet name on/off, alongside the existing pet plate toggle and scale.
Totems keep their own plate, untouched.
