• fix: use account-wide SavedVariables for cross-character profile sharing (#18)
  Changes SavedVariablesPerCharacter to SavedVariables in the TOC so that
  JetToolsDB is stored account-wide. This is required for the profile system
  to work as intended — profiles and profile assignments must be visible and
  shared across all characters on the account, not siloed per-character.
  Also bumps version to 1.4.5.
