Settings

• The Settings tab now works.
• Settings are saved per character.

Fixes

• The window now remembers where you dragged it instead of opening centered every time.
• Fixed the helper line on the Stats tab wrapping mid-command and clipping into the session length box.
• Session length is measured from a wall clock, so it stays correct across a logout.
• /jstats minimap and the settings checkbox no longer disagree.
