Javas Clean Minimap

Initial Release

- Addons that create a minimap icon and follow the LibDBIcon standard are moved to a separate frame.

- Toggle button allows for the frame to be shown and hidden.

- Dragging the toggle button with a left click moves the toggle and frame to the cursors position at release.

- Middle clicking the toggle button changes whether the frame is shown to the left or right of the toggle button.

- Slash command /jcm_reset included to move the toggle to the center of the screen (dragging the toggle is required to store a new position).
