Added all TBC sounds

I have modified some of the original game sound directory structure for the purpose of displaying the, now larger, directories more seamlessly. Some directories now contain multiple subdirections that begin and end with an underscore (_) and detail the range, alphabetically, of files that they encompass.

For example: (sound\spells\_Abolish => Eye_) displays all sounds under sound\spells between the terms "Abolish and "Eye" inclusively. This is for display purposes only, this is NOT the actual file path.

Added new slash commands /jbc /jbcc /jarbeatboxconsole (all are equivalent)

This allows users to assign jarbeatbox commands to macros to be executed off of a keybind or simply through in game console commands if you want to. If using this implementation please be mindful of the above augmented directory changes, any directories beginning and ending with an underscore (_) should be LEFT OUT of console commands as only the legitimate file path should be specified.

guild/yell/say/etc.. example usage:

"/jbc -g|sounds\spells\yarrrrimpact.ogg" would be equivalent to clicking on the "guild" button on the jbb UI while having yarrrrimpact.ogg selected.

whisper example usage:

/jbc -w|playername|sound\spells\yarrrimpact.ogg
