ITG IttysNarcotics – WoW Forever

A comfortable heal addon: a spell bar for your heal, cure and resurrect spells plus windows listing your group or raid, with click-to-cast spell icons next to every player – heal, cleanse or resurrect without ever changing your target.

This is the WoW Forever version (Interface 16001). It does not load in Classic Era – there is a separate Classic Era version.

Features

• Spell bar – your heal, cure and resurrect spells in one collapsible bar; a click casts on your current target. Cure spells stay dimmed until your target has something to cure, then light up with a red ring.
• Player windows – every player your filters let through, with name, health bar and incoming heals. The spell icons in each row cast directly on that player. Healthy players are dimmed, offline players greyed out, out-of-range players marked.
• "A" for active HoTs – see at a glance whether Renew, Rejuvenation & co. are already running on a player: green for yours, yellow for another healer's (out of combat).
• Filters per window – All, Pets, Tanks, Healers, Damage, Self (pinned on top) and Dead only. In a raid, tanks are the players marked as Main Tank.
• RaidConfig – pick raid groups 1–8 per window, e.g. one window for groups 1–2 and one for the rest.
• Extra windows – up to 10 more, each with its own name, filters, position and size. Windows grow with their content, can be collapsed to their title bar or set to a fixed height.
• Sets and presets – save up to 8 complete window layouts and switch between them with one click. Ready-made presets: Raid 40, Raid 20 and Group.
• Drag & drop setup – drag spells straight from your spellbook onto the bar in config mode, reorder them by dragging.
• Combat-safe – right before combat every window locks in all filtered players, so the clickable rows keep working during the whole fight.
• Customizable – accent color, three button styles, optional character portrait on the config button.
• English and German – switchable anytime in the options.
• Interactive tutorial and in-game docs – a step-by-step tutorial on first start and a documentation window with screenshots.

WoW Forever notes

• The Forever client keeps health values locked for addons. Health bars, incoming heals and the dimming of healthy players are therefore drawn by the game itself – they work, they just can't be shown as numbers.
• During combat the client also locks buff and debuff data: the "A" marker only shows out of combat, and the cure spells' red rings aren't reliable in combat.

Getting started

1. Type /narcotics (or /itgin) to open the options, or follow the tutorial offered on first login.
2. Click the KONFIG button on the bar to enter config mode and drag your spells from the spellbook onto the bar.
3. Set up the window filters in config mode – or just load one of the presets via Sets.
