Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug that could prevent the addon from loading entirely (the
  /iw command wouldn't respond). The click-to-add feature relied on a
  Blizzard function that had been renamed/removed. It's now wrapped in
  a safety check so a future rename disables just that feature instead
  of the whole addon.
- Fixed the goal-reached sound not playing at all.
- Fixed Ctrl+Shift+Click-to-add not registering on the current bag UI.

New:
- Settings panel! Find it under Options > AddOns > ItemWatch, or type
  /iw options. Pick from a few preset "goal reached" sounds, or enter
  your own custom sound ID.
- /iw testsound to preview the current sound anytime.
- Cleaner /iw command list formatting.

Sorry for the bumpy ride if you grabbed an earlier v1.2.x! Thanks for
your patience.
