ItemRack — Season of Discovery

ItemRack makes swapping gear effortless in WoW Classic: Season of Discovery. Save gear sets, equip them with a click, automate cooldown-based item cycling, trigger gear changes on game events, and tie your loadouts to your dual talent specs.

⚠️ Season of Discovery only. This fork targets only WoW Classic: Season of Discovery (patch 1.15.9). Support for The Burning Crusade / Wrath / Cataclysm Classic has been removed — use the original ItemRack Anniversary for those versions.

✨ Features

• Gear Sets — save your gear as named sets and equip them instantly from on-screen buttons, the minimap, or keybinds.
• ⚔️ Dual-Spec Integration — link a set to your Primary or Secondary talents and ItemRack auto-equips it when you switch specs. Optionally switch specs when you equip a set, too (off by default — your choice).
• 🔮 Rune Integration — sets remember their engraved runes; equipping a set can remind you when your runes don't match, with a click-to-apply button and rune icons on your set items.
• 🔄 Auto-Queue — rank your items per slot; when one goes on cooldown, ItemRack automatically swaps to the next ready item.
• ⚡ Event Automation — swap gear when drinking, mounting, entering a zone or instance, or entering/leaving combat.
• 🎯 Quick Access Buttons — drag any slot to your screen for one-click use, queue cycling, and item menus.
• 🛠️ Built-in Diagnostics — /itemrack dump produces a copy-paste report that makes bug reporting painless.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Install ItemRack and ItemRackOptions (both folders are included).
2. /reload or restart WoW — equipment-slot buttons appear on your character panel.
3. Right-click the minimap button (or type /itemrack opt) to open options and create your first set.
4. Alt-click a slot on your character sheet to create an on-screen quick-access button.

⚔️ Dual Spec (Season of Discovery)

SoD adds dual talent specialization at level 40. In Options → Sets, check Primary Talent or Secondary Talent on a set to bind it to that spec — ItemRack equips the right gear the moment you switch. Want the reverse, where equipping a set also switches your talents? Enable "Switch spec on set equip" in the Config tab. It's off by default, and talents are never switched in combat.

🔮 Runes (Season of Discovery)

Dual-spec and gear swaps don't move your engraved runes — so ItemRack helps. Every set remembers the runes on its engravable pieces (shown as small icons on your set items). Turn on "Rune reminders on set equip" (Config tab, off by default) and, when you equip a set whose runes don't match what's engraved, ItemRack pops a reminder listing each slot's current → target rune with a click-to-apply button. (Runes engrave one at a time and not in combat — a game restriction.) Reopen it any time with /itemrack runes.
