ItemRack 6.0.3: fix casting error on Forever

* Fixed an error when you cast on Forever ("attempt to call a nil value" in OnCastingStart, e.g. after War Stomp): Forever has no CastingInfo/ChannelInfo shortcuts, so ItemRack now asks UnitCastingInfo/UnitChannelInfo there. Unchanged on TBC

    Forever: detect the player's casts without CastingInfo/ChannelInfo

    Every cast on Forever errored in OnCastingStart ("attempt to call a nil
    value", ItemRack.lua:446, seen after War Stomp): those Classic shortcuts
    don't exist there. Fall back to UnitCastingInfo/UnitChannelInfo("player");
    TBC keeps its shortcuts.
