• bugfix: Remove no-exist enchant
• Use quality color for special item levels
  Extend Utils.GetColoredItemLevelText to color heirloom/artifact/legendary items by their item quality when the item-level color mode is set to the default fixed color (color.itemLevel == 1). The change queries C_Item.GetItemQualityByID and applies C_Item.GetItemQualityColor for quality >= 5 so these special-upgrade items are highlighted by their quality color.
