- Replaced Guild Ironman with Group Ironman, using your guild as the group
- Added minimap button and a movable Ironman Forever window with Settings, Achievements and Participants tabs
- Added Participants tab: Members list (level/class/zone/addon status) and a shared event Log, with column headers
- Added personal and group Achievements with unlock popups, shown as a tile grid grouped by category with full details on hover
- Added milestone achievements: leveling, quests, exploration, boss kills, mounts learned, gold held, Exalted reputations, rarity-based loot (Rare/Epic/Legendary), and Guild Bank tabs/gold/items
- Group milestones (First Blood, Mount Up, Lucky Find, and the rarity ones) record and display which guild member reached them first
- Enlarged the window and gave each achievement tile an icon, category accent, and hover polish
