    - Relays are the online Longbeards and the guild master.
    - Members whisper their own edits to one relay, which merges and
      posts them to GUILD. Officers post their own edits directly.
      With no relay online, everything falls back to guild-wide sync.
    - At login a member whispers a digest to two relays (picked by a
      hash of their name). Relays always answer. Members ignore GUILD
      digests while a relay is online. If nobody answers within 25 s,
      fall back to a GUILD digest.
    - Digests carry a  stamp (sn): responders send only records
      newer than the last sync minus 10 minutes, with a full sync
      weekly. Old clients ignore the new field.
    - Crafts are no longer in digests or GUILD broadcasts
      (Data.LOCAL_ONLY). Members push theirs to two relays; the
      Professions tab pulls from a relay (op CG), limited to once
      per 5 minutes per profession, returning only changes since the
      last pull. Crafts are accepted over whisper only.
