Shefki:
    - Fixed some transparency issues with my texture.  Should match what the
    Blizzard texture should be exactly now and the file will be slightly
    smaller.
    - Fix the icons on the Minimap.  Thanks to Saiket on WoWI for pointing me
    in the right direction for this.
