Adds movable portrait combat text frames which can be placed over your unit frames of choice

- The options are now the addon's own window, opened with /pct or the minimap button, in place of
pages in the game's settings. The game's addon list keeps a button that opens it.
- An option to hide the game's own portrait text on the default player and pet frames.
