Detects interruptable spells and displays their counter-abilities in an interactive frame

Note: Currently a Work in Progress

This addon is designed to detect when interruptable spells are being cast on the player.
When the spell is detected and can be interrupted, the available counter-abilities are displayed in an interactive action bar.
